Terms and Conditions

Mil-Spec Industries Corp.'s General Transactional Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"):

All transactions with Mil-Spec Industries Corp. are in accordance with the applicable law of New York State, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved and venued only in Nassau County, New York State to the exclusion of all other venues. In case of conflict between terms and conditions on transactional documents, you agree that the terms and conditions herein shall control and override. Any unpaid amounts due to Mil-Spec Industries Corp. will be subject to a 18% annual interest rate. In case of non-payment of more than 60 days, Mil-Spec Industries Corp. will be entitled to seek and collect all attorney's fees and disbursements for the collection of the unpaid amount, which shall be added to the total amount due. Mil-Spec Industries Corp., at its own option only, reserves the right to rescind and/or cancel any contract or purchase order for purchase or sale of any goods within 24 months of the date of the order, should such transaction not be completed within that time, regardless of fault. Should Mil-Spec Industries Corp. have accepted a deposit on such cancelled order, such deposit shall be promptly returned in case of cancelation. Should Mil-Spec Industries Corp. have paid a deposit, such deposit shall be immediately refunded to Mil-Spec Industries Corp. The terms and conditions herein are a material part of any transaction and consideration with Mil-Spec Industries Corp. and that by entering into any transaction with Mil-Spec Industries Corp., you acknowledge these terms and conditions and certify that you accept and agree to them in their entirety.
