Chamber is designed for transport and temporary storage of items containing explosives and unexploded ordnance or misfired ammunition. Chamber can be used by military and police EOD technicians.

    * full protection of life and property in case of accidental explosion of clean explosion material (protection from shock wave) or projectile (protection from fragments)
    * safe release of gases after explosion in case of gas-tight chambers or overpressure release, in case of ventilated chamber

Mobile reinforced checkpoint unit designed for the protection of one security personnel from firearms and fragments of artillery projectiles and mortars. The checkpoint unit is also resistant to improvised explosive devices and blast wave resulting from the explosion in a close distance.

Mobile incinerator used for environmentally friendly disposal of non-detonating explosive wastes:

• small-caliber ammunition (5.45 mm – 14.5 mm)
• pyrotechnic ammunition (26.5 mm flares),
• ammunition elements (fuzes without boosters, primers, tracers),
• desensitized explosive wastes (high explosives, propellants, pyrotechnics).

ROTARY KILN FOR CONTINUOUS DISPOSAL OF MUNITIONS

Unit is designed for disassembly and assembly of ammunition, caliber ranging from 20MM to 155MM. Universality of the device allows for applying the process to removing fuzes and primers from different type of ammunitions after only minor changes in instrumentation.
 

Plant is designed for disassembly of the following types of ammunition:

• Integrated artillery ammunition caliber 37-100 mm,
• Artillery ammunition of separate loading caliber 122-155 mm.

The installation consists of a few containers. The final configuration shall always be designed type-specific upon customer´s requirements on calibers, capacities and operational conditions.

The mobile ammunition disassembly plant incorporates the following technological operations:

1. Unpacking and rough cleaning of the ammunition rounds.
2. Simultaneous removal of fuze and primer screws (defusing/depriming operation).
3. Pull-apart of projectile and cartridge case.
4. Removal of gun propellant grains and black powder igniters.
5. TNT melt-out by indirect steam heating (autoclaving).
