METAL STAMPING CAPABILITIES FOR PYROTECHNICS

With over 20 years of experience, we offer various metal stamping parts to the pyrotechnic industry such as percussion caps, booster caps, igniter tubes, burst disks, detonator caps or any other stamped or drawn metal part.

We offer stamping and deep drawing capabilities with a tonnage capacity of 5 to 1,000 tons, bed sizes ranging up to 120" in length, 16" maximum stroke length and thicknesses up to 3/16th of an inch.

Besides the standard materials such as aluminum, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel and copper, we're also able to offer exotics like inconel, zirconium, muonium and nickel silver.

We can now offer a metallurgical lab with tensile-testing capabilities, plus wire EDM and sinker and whole popping capabilities.  And more; such as heat-treating and liquid penetrant testing capabilities, even laser welding and laser cutting capabilities.
